LEND ME YOUR HAND AND WE'LL CONQUER THEM ALL

Have you ever heard a song, or set of songs, by a band that just speaks to you?  A song that moves you, that speaks to your soul like a calming hum?  Something that's not necessarily easily explained but none-the-less it's how you feel?  That's how I feel about Mumford & Sons.  I absolutely adore this band and their album Sigh No More.  I know it's been out for a while, but I didn't discover them until November, when a friend of mine suggested I give 'em a listen.  Listen I did.  I now listen to this album often when I go for a walk, when I'm driving, or when I just want to get away if only for a 4 minute and 13 second moment.  My favorite song has to be "Awake My Soul."  Don't get me wrong, I love myself some "Little Lion Man" or "The Cave" (radio favorites), their energy and raw emotion, but "Awake My Soul" is dessert.  If you don't know Mumford & Sons, or have merely heard a couple of their songs on the radio, please spend some time on youtube and, with an open mind, delve into the loveliness.  Enjoy.
